About our guest
Claudia Barriga-Larrivière is Sendle Australia's Director of People & Culture. She also lives with dyslexia — which is why she's made it her life's work to champion neurodiversity in the workplace (as well as in society more broadly). In her current role, she designs end-to-end solutions in the form of products and services for the Sendle team, team leads and executive team. She strongly believes that effective skills are the key to unlocking technical hard skills, especially in leadership platforms. She designs with that in the mind to make all processes human-centric, intuitive and kind.
