Six challenges with mindfulness and gratitude and how to beat them
Jacinta and Lachlan are both terrible at mindfulness and gratitude. Not because they aren't grateful for a whole bunch of stuff, or because they think mindfulness doesn't work. In fact, they know that science proves that both these practices can help mental and physical health. But still, they really suck at keeping it up and would gamble that plenty of other people are in a similar boat. So they sat down to compare notes about all the challenges they face around these topics and how they might be able to overcome them to be healthier and happier in 2024.
